When I registered for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer for the first time in 2006, I really had no idea that 7 years later I would still be a part of the unforgetable movement!! But after that first year, despite the many blisters and sore muscles, I WAS HOOKED!! Each year has been an experience - meeting and walking with so many others on the same mission, hearing all the stories, sharing tears and laughs - I can't imagine not being part of this Journey ... to Cure One, Cure All.

The past two years I was honored to be a part of Chad's Butterfly of Hope Team – as one of his Alberta Co-Captains. What an amazing group of people I’ve met each year! I'm proud to say that Chad has once again asked me to be one of his Alberta Co-Captains and I'm hoping to see many of my Edmonton team mates back again, as well as meeting many new team mates as we continue to grow our Butterfly of Hope Team in 2012 ... and help to Conquer All Women’s Cancers One Step at a Time.
